HOW TO ORDER Shopping at Eagle Models could not be easier. Browse our store using the 'Our Catalogue' button and follow the links, or click on one of the manufacturer's links under 'departments' on the left of the screen. Alternatively you can look for a specific product using our 'search' facility. When you find the product you are looking for, simply click on the 'add to basket' button. Your selection will be added to your shopping basket. You will be returned automatically to our catalogue after a few seconds. You may pre order items which are due for release. In this case the pre order must be added to in-stock items to qualify for the minimum £7.50 order limit. We will contact you when the goods come into stock and arrange payment and dispatch for you. STOCK LEVELS AND BACK ORDERS We try very hard to maintain the accuracy of our stock levels on the website. Very occasionally however we may run out of stock under certain circumstances and before the website updates. In these rare circumstances we can usually fulfil your order within a few days - but we will always contact you to explain the situation and ask your permission for us to place the items on back order. If you do not wish to do this we offer you the choice of either dispatching the in-stock items with a partial refund, or cancelling the order completely and refunding the full order amount. KIT AND ACCESSORY PACKAGE DISCOUNTS We offer regular discounts on certain accessories and decal sheets when you buy these at the same time as ordering your kit. Look for the discount accessories boxes to the right of the product in the catalogue pages. You MUST TICK EACH OF THE BOXES for the accessories you want BEFORE clicking on the 'add to basket' button. Your kit and the accessories will be added to the checkout and your discount will be calculated automatically in the checkout. Occasionally we discount certain products. The special prices will be given next to the product image on the catalogue page and will be applied automatically at the checkout. CHECKOUT Continue shopping until you are ready to check out - just click the check out button at any time to view your basket and start the check out process. Please note that our minimum order value is £7.50. If at any time you make a mistake or wish to change your selection and want to go back - simply go to the 'view basket' button, click the delete box on the right of the basket entry, and then click update to remove the item(s). You can then go back to the catalogue and re-enter your selection or continue shopping. At the check out you will be asked to complete dispatch details and your postage requirements. If you have been given a discount coupon code enter this at the checkout stage. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON E.U. CUSTOMERS Our catalogue prices include VAT at 17.5%. This tax IS NOT LEVIED for customers from outside the Euro zone. Customers from outside these countries will find the tax automatically deducted when proceeding through the checkout. Because of the regular fluctuations in exchange rates and diverse currencies, all our prices are displayed in £ sterling. Your credit card issuer will make the currency conversion at the current Visa or Mastercard exchange rate against the sterling balance given at the checkout. Your credit card statement will show our transaction in both sterling and your own currency. If you prefer you can pay by cheque, made payable to Eagle Models.
